I offer individual therapy with adults. I am EMDR trained.   I have training in dissociation, nutrition and mental health and have a strong interest in chronic pain and illness.  I use CBT, parts work and EMDR in session. 

I currently accept Medicare, some Medicare Advantage plans, and Optum insurance. 
My self-pay rate is $110 dollars per clinical hour (50 minutes).  

While I understand emergencies arise, I request a 24-hour notice of a cancellation. 

In the first session, we will review history, get to know each other, and set goals. This time is conversational and informal.
